Dr Bala - Founder Director
Dr N Balakumar Ph.D., is an Experiential Learning and Alternate Teaching Methodology expert with over 25 years of experience including experience of managing Learning & Development function for very large corporates.
With over 1000 sessions, he has been able to reach out to over 23,000 participants so far.
Dr Balakumar holds a Doctoral degree in Economics. He has a ‘Managing the Training Function MDP Certification’ from XLRI. He has completed ‘Certification on Data Science’ and ‘Certification on Data Science Methodology’ from Big Data University (An initiative of IBM).
He holds an ‘International Certificate in Teaching English Phonetics’ from INTESOL Worldwide, United Kingdom, accredited by ALAP (Awarding Language Acquisition for Professionals); and conducts uniquely designed English courses.
He possess ‘Certification on Gamification’ from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
He is teaching Market Research, Business Economics, Retail Management and Marketing at eminent institutions including Indian Maritime University (A Central University under Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India). He is also teaching Business Economics and Strategic Management to aspiring Chartered Accountants at My Career Point, an institute committed to developing and disseminating knowledge with unwavering dedication.

Ms Hephzi - Master Trainer
Ms Hephzibah Ramya, a Gear Your Success certified Master Trainer, holds an Engineering degree in Instrumentation and Control.
A passionate trainer by profession and a motivational speaker, Hephzibah has trained resources at different levels. As a Head of Training at a leading health care group in India, she has conducted English language training/quality accreditation training for doctors, nurses, technical staff, ward boys, secretaries, drivers and security staff.
She has facilitated English language training for school and college students, both in offline as well as online modes. She has also facilitated courses on Alternate Teaching Methodology for school and college faculty.
